The film meets a few characters at the transit to nonexistence.  The film traces these characters amidst the signs of the changing city, people and progress.  The film looks through the viewfinder of a country old bellow camera.  A monkey-man walks down a long flyover with his monkeys.

Their motion is stagnated every time a train pierces through them… and again starts madness. Soma, a five year old minuscule girl is caught in this design of civilization, enjoys every bit of it.

In  Mahua Memoirs, Saloo, the bard and Thirku Baiga take us on a journey through the lives of the many adivasi communities who live in the mountain tracts and forest of he Eastern Ghats across the states of Andhrapradesh, Orissa, Chattisgarh and Jharkhand.  This story unfolds both their life visions and struggles against the merciless mining, particularly over the past two decades, mining  that grabbing their lands and lives.
